Our new office in the San Francisco Bay area is in a building with a couple of hundred units and we have five WhatsApp groups where tenants help each other in various ways. One of our neighbors pointed out that the cable going to the Wi-Fi access point provided by G fiber should be switched. Fortunately, I had a bag of ethernet cables that I brought from Ann Arbor, Michigan and the first one I chose more than doubled the speed of our connection. Unfortunately, these cables do not come with labels on them. So take care when you purchase an ethernet cable and use the information that I have uploaded into the attached document. I consulted with Perplexity AI to write the answers that are included in that document.
