Reminder: IET Planning Grant Application due Nov. 28

As a reminder, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title II, Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA) Special Projects grant application for the Integrated Education and Training (IET) Planning Grant must be submitted in the Next Generation Grant, Application and Cash Management System (NexSys) by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 to be considered for funding.
The application for this IET Planning Grant is open to Michigan’s current AEFLA Instruction, Institutional, and IELCE recipients for the grant period of January 2, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Successful applicants will implement a team-based approach to develop new IET program offerings with the intent of expanding access to IET for eligible adult education participants.
