Determining the group(s) initial the project goal is required – why is each individual in the group what is the purpose of each for the project – the individual will submit what company s/he works for current and affiliation with potential competitors , in writing,[this last requirement is currently required by federal government] when working on national projects – any changes to the group’s personnel shall be submitted in writing and approved by the group
