@mckartha @steve @stan @nate – what are your thoughts about the comments we should make? And how can we collaborate to go after funds together? Should we target the Willow Run Airport area, since they are running fiber through a poor black neighborhood that is underserved.

When you take a look at the draft MIHI document, think about searching for particular terms, such as training. Here it is a search result from page 87. Try looking at search results on google, after pasting in the following text:
Michigan Workforce Development Plan
The Michigan Workforce Development Plan is maintained and implemented by the Employment and Training Division of the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO), the same agency that houses the MIHI Office. This plan is currently under development.
