    January 9 – In this order – we contact the local official(s) for Oceano – see if we can get an introduction to the Broadband official – we count the time to see if we have a response within 24/48 hours if not call back – do you want to start the process or shall I? Hola Net is ready also for us to get started

    Dr. Ron has to set things in motion to find appropriate funding for the “qualified” underserved participants I.E. project funding- planning etc.
