Renuka is currently pursuing her MBA at the esteemed Ross School of Business, where she is honing her skills and knowledge in business management and strategy. With a strong foundation in bio-technology from her undergraduate studies, Renuka’s journey into the world of technology and software development was sparked during her participation in a software hackathon, where she collaborated with peers to develop innovative solutions.

In 2014, Renuka embarked on her professional journey as a scholar trainee at Wipro, where she was selected as one of only two students out of 200 applicants for Wipro’s highly competitive work-integrated learning program. Beginning her career as a software implementation and testing engineer, Renuka demonstrated her aptitude for deploying pre-designed automated software solutions, effectively streamlining IT operations for clients and integrating solutions seamlessly into existing frameworks.

Driven by her passion for technology and a desire to delve deeper into the development process, Renuka transitioned into a DevOps role. Here, she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing new solutions, enhancing existing applications, and refining her coding and problem-solving skills.

Renuka’s exceptional performance and dedication led to her promotion to the role of technical lead where she worked as a solution architect. In these capacities, she worked directly with clients, conducting thorough analyses of their IT infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and develop tailored automated solutions. Collaborating closely with a team of engineers, Renuka ensured the successful deployment of these solutions, addressing clients’ repetitive IT issues and driving tangible results.
