    • Role: Grant Writer/Proposal Developer
    • Responsibilities: Crafting a compelling narrative, ensuring all proposal elements are cohesive, aligning the proposal with the grant guidelines, and presenting data effectively.
  2. Technical Expertise in Telecommunications and Networking:
