Let’s discuss this further during the meeting which I am scheduling for next week. However, I believe we should consider persons from both groups.

What are the characteristics of folks we would like to invite to this group?
Are we looking for more people like ourselves or should we be seeking complementary skill sets? When should we begin thinking about organizing webinars? Should those be a way to recruit more people into this group or should we be waiting to have more people in the group first?
